The Retail Sales Department is responsible for servicing our clients by providing value add solutions and an exceptional client experience. You will build strong and lasting business relationships with our clients by identifying, selling and cross-selling opportunities, and measuring client satisfaction. Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Regional Vice-President & Regional Sales Manager to increase sales and market share of our products, by conducting proactive outbound sales calls with new and existing clients.
- Proactively provide support to dealers and brokers on market and fund performance, management strategies, and industry trends.
- Support the Regional VP Sales and Regional Sales Manager by providing clients and prospective clients with product information and materials as required.
- Participate in company visits, client seminars, branch presentations, road shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Conduct regional market research to identify emerging needs and new sales opportunities.
- Monitor sales activity within the territory to identify trends and provide suggestions to clients to retain assets.
- Establish and maintain strong internal and external relationships for sales optimization.
- Support the building of sales and client relationships through booking client meetings for the Regional Vice-President Sales and Regional Sales Manager.
- Utilize provided sales tools including technology (CRM, Leads Module) to achieve required business results.
- Stay current with market changes and communicate advantages in competitive situations.
- Maintain up-to-date client information in the CRM database.
- Evaluate compliance and governance procedures adherence regarding expense management and other regulated aspects of the job.
- Provide effective product and sales support to cultivate relationships and drive sales.
- Participate in and/or lead client visits as required and approved by the Retail Vice-President Sales and District Vice-President.
