Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Royal City Fine Service Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and assisting with sales and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in the display of merchandise, ensuring that the store is visually appealing and well-organized.
  • Sales and Inventory: Assist with sales and inventory management, including processing transactions, restocking shelves, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Weight Handling: Lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and move merchandise as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
