About this role:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our kitchen team at YUZU BOWL AND KITCHEN LTD. as a Kitchen Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, assisting with food preparation, and providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment and utensils
  • Assisting with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits
  • Operating dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
  • Stocking refrigerators and salad bars
  • Receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies
  • Handling and storing cleaning products
  • Removing kitchen garbage and trash
  • Sharpening kitchen knives
  • Sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
