Job Title: Chief Executive Officer - Financial and Business Services

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Executive Officer to lead our financial and business services team at Corinex Communications Corp.

Job Summary:

The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our financial and business services department. This includes allocating resources, establishing objectives, and formulating policies and programs to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Negotiate business contracts and lead sales teams in building relationships with business clients
  • Prepare reports and documents for consideration and presentation to executive committees and boards of directors
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and success
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
