About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at AYAT MATTRESS MANUFACTURING LIMITED. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Process Transactions: Scan items, calculate total payment, and reconcile daily/shift payments with total sales.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stock Shelves and Maintain Store Appearance: Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure that all products are properly displayed.
  • Participate in Promotional Activities: Participate in sales promotions, product demonstrations, and other in-store events to drive sales and engage customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, working in a fast-paced environment, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
