Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Remedial Cement Supervisor to join our team at Magnum Cementing Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure successful cementing jobs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure timely arrival at location.
  • Execute successful cementing jobs according to design and client specifications.
  • Ensure efficient handling of day-to-day operations and critical tasks completion.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments.
  • Work with station management to maintain operation and service standards.
  • Evaluate Bulk Drivers and Operators on weekly maintenance requirements.
  • Adhere to and enforce company Safety policies and ensure compliance with HSE legislation.
  • Prepare end of well, end of month, incident, and maintenance reports.
Requirements
  • Valid class 1 (Canada) / class A CDL (U.S.) driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Physically capable of moving/lifting heavy objects up to 23 kg.
  • Able to work outdoors for extended periods and in all types of weather conditions.
  • Able to be on call 24 hours on a 15 days on a 6 days off rotational schedule.
  • Experience as an oil and gas cementing supervisor and in operating pumpers.
  • Demonstrated ability to direct and motivate the work of others.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Experience in the completion of reports and dealing with customers and dispatch.
  • Understanding of cementing job design and client specifications.
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with company policies and safety.
