Retail Store Manager

Mudgill Sales Limited is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor a team of sales staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Assign tasks and duties to staff members, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Hire, train, and develop staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Establish and maintain work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide feedback.
This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be fluent in English and have excellent communication and leadership skills.
