Warehouse Production Associate

We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Warehouse Production Associate to join our team at a packaging company in Ancaster. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring production lines do not stop, performing light general labour duties, assisting with the line, and supporting your colleagues with other tasks as needed.
Job SummaryIn this Light General Labour - Afternoon shift role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, develop your skills, and take on new challenges. We offer a competitive salary, advancement opportunities, and a positive work environment.
Responsibilities- Ensure production lines do not stop by actively monitoring and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Perform various light general labour duties, including but not limited to cleaning, sorting, and organizing materials.
- Assist with the line by providing support to your colleagues and helping to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Support your team members with other duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
- Minimum 6 months experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Lifting a maximum of 15 pounds is required for this role.
- Steel-toed safety boots/shoes are necessary for protecting yourself and others in the workplace.
- Immediate start available for motivated and reliable individuals.
- $17.20/hour salary for your hard work and dedication.
- A full-time position with Monday to Friday hours from 2:00PM to 10:30PM.
