Lead Software Engineering Teams and Drive Product Development

KUBRA is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Product Engineering to join our dynamic organization.

In this role, you will lead small, cross-functional software engineering teams dedicated to building and maintaining our diverse product portfolio.

Working closely with a Product Manager and managing other Engineering Managers, you will plan, execute, and elevate the development of cutting-edge products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead software engineering teams to develop and maintain high-quality products
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to plan and execute product roadmaps
  • Manage engineering teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain software architecture for high-concurrency systems
  • Contribute to the development of departmental standards for engineering functions
  • Manage product roadmaps and ensure documentation is maintained
  • Develop and maintain professional and technical knowledge
Requirements:
  • 10-12 years of experience in Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, Cloud Infrastructure, or DevOps roles
  • 3-5 years of experience managing a team
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Java,.NET technologies, or a testing automation language
  • Proficiency in React, Spring, or Selenium is preferred
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and Docker
