Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Landvision Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, repairs, and upkeep of facilities
  • Operate industrial equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and cleaning solutions
  • Empty trash and recycling bins, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Assist with snow removal and ice control during winter months
  • Perform safety and security checks to ensure a secure environment
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors
  • Work collaboratively with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and effective repairs
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a maintenance or facilities role
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and move heavy objects
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
