We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Operations Coordinator to join our team at Cenovus Energy Inc. This role will provide administrative support to our Field Operations team, ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Field Operations team, including managing office supplies, processing invoices, and tracking vendor spends.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including hierarchy and cost center listings, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including other departments and vendors.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with coordinating and organizing projects, including safety training and PPE ordering.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports, spreadsheets, and presentations to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; administration or business diploma preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment; oil and gas experience an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP an asset.
