We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide support to elderly individuals in their homes. This is a permanent opportunity with a 30-hour workweek.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for administering bedside and personal care, assisting clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, and providing companionship. They will also assist in regular exercise and prepare and serve nutritious meals.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks
- Provide companionship and engage in conversation
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
- Administer medication as required
To be successful in this role, you will require a high school diploma or equivalent and a willingness to train. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
