Job Title: Cashier and Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier and Customer Service Representative at Arjan Liquor Enterprises Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cash handling area and sales floor
  • Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed
  • Participate in promotional activities and maintain a positive attitude towards customers and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or customer service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
