Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Leadbond Development Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including project coordinators, engineers, and contractors.
  • Quality Control: Establish and implement quality control processes to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
  • Budgeting and Cost Management: Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
