Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Contract Shelter Supervisors to join our team. As a Contract Shelter Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our shelters, ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Resident Support: Provide guidance and support to residents, helping them to achieve their goals and overcome challenges.
  2. Shelter Management: Oversee the daily operations of the shelter, including staff supervision, resident intake, and facility maintenance.
  3. Community Outreach: Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, ensuring access to resources and services for residents.
  4. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident interactions, shelter operations, and community outreach efforts.

Requirements

  1. Education: A degree in a related field, such as social work or community development.
  2. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, such as shelter management or community outreach.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
