Vous serez responsable de la gestion des projets de soutien en service des flottes du Ministère de la Défense nationale et de clients commerciaux. Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec les clients pour atteindre les objectifs globaux des contrats et projets spécifiques.

Vos responsabilités:

  • Préparer et gérer les livrables en suivant les pratiques internes de la méthodologie de la gestion de projets.
  • Planifier et suivre l'exécution des projets en collaboration avec l'analyste financier et les autres membres de l'équipe de projet.
  • Appliquer les 5 principaux processus de gestion de projet : initiation, planification, exécution, gestion des risques et changements, clôture.
  • Communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes pour bien informer l'évolution du projet.
  • Gérer efficacement les communications avec le client au niveau de l'état, l'ampleur des changements, les coûts et l'échéancier.

Compétences et connaissances essentielles:

  • Baccalauréat en administration ou en ingénierie.
  • Minimum de 4 années d'expérience en gestion et/ou coordination de projets.
  • Expérience dans l'industrie aérospatiale et maintenance d'avion est un atout.
  • Expérience dans l'industrie canadienne de la Défense et dans un environnement de contrats basés sur la performance sont des atouts.

Conditions d'embauche:

  • Être admissible à l'inscription du Programme des marchandises contrôlées.
  • Être admissible à l'obtention et au maintien de la cote de fiabilité et cote de sécurité Secret Niveau II / Secret OTAN du gouvernement canadien.
  • Doit pouvoir satisfaire aux exigences de la réglementation américaine sur le trafic international d'armes (ITAR).
