Retail Store Manager

Canada Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of our customers and drive business results.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Establish work schedules and ensure seamless store operations.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers, grocery clerks, and shelf stockers.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1-6 months of retail experience or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
