About the Role

As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for working with customers in North America from the Telco, Media & Entertainment, Gaming, and Sports segments to determine how to best leverage AWS services with ASGs for workloads consisting of rendering, customer game platforms, containers, Karpenter, big data processing and analytics with EMR or partner solutions.

You will collaborate with a business developer to create scaled GTM motions for Graviton and Spot to expand adoption of these services into new or existing customer portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Represent the voice of the customer; collaborate with field and central teams to bring customer feedback to product teams.
  2. Lead curation of custom feature and availability requests for unique customer use cases.
  3. Provide advanced technical knowledge to your aligned GTM teams to unblock our customers' largest and most critical business challenges.
  4. Along with your extended team, own the technical bar for specialist technical artifacts and standards.
  5. Collaborate with your GTM colleagues to provide technical insights into GTM strategy and support field marketing to execute local technical events, campaigns, and customer engagements.
  6. Act as a thought leader sharing best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures and public-speaking events such as AWS Summit, AWS re: Invent, etc.
  7. Guide and support an AWS internal community of technical subject matter experts aligned to your customers.
  8. Create field enablement materials for the broader SA population to help them understand how to integrate new AWS solutions into customer architectures.

Qualifications
  1. 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
  2. 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
  3. Bachelor's Degree
