Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all products are accurately stocked and easily accessible to customers.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic security clearance and bondable.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
