Job Description

Akal Optical (Milton) Ltd. is seeking an Optical Technician to join our team in a medical support role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist healthcare professionals with patient care and treatment programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and inventory.
  • Clean and maintain equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Prepare and organize supplies and equipment for efficient use.
  • Operate sterilization equipment according to standardized safety practices.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including scheduling appointments and managing office functions.
Requirements:
  • College education or non-university certificate/diploma from a 1-2 year program.
  • Less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
Work Environment:

This role will be based in a hospital/medical facility or clinic setting, requiring excellent communication and teamwork skills.
