Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join our team at Peak Rehab. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our chiropractors and contribute to the smooth operation of our clinic.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist chiropractors with patient care and treatment plans
  • Prepare examination and treatment rooms for patients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing supplies

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
