About the Role

WOODPRO CONSTRUCTION LTD. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Materials: Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to and from the site.
  • Erect and Dismantle Forms and Scaffolding: Help to erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, Pour, and Spread Materials: Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Assist in Framing and Building: Help to frame houses, erect walls, and build roofs.
  • Clean and Pile Salvaged Materials: Clean and pile salvaged materials as required.
  • Clean Up Chemical Spills and Contaminants: Assist in cleaning up chemical spills and other contaminants on the site.
  • Remove Rubble and Debris: Remove rubble and other debris from the construction site.
  • Direct Traffic: Direct traffic at or near the construction site as required.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Physically Demanding: The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Manual Dexterity: Use manual dexterity to perform tasks that require precision and accuracy.
  • Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks as required.
