About the RoleThis is a long-term (5+ years) contract role that requires strong experience with Tactical Command and Control Information Systems (TacC2IS), knowledge of Tactical Communications (TacComms), and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR). The successful candidate must be willing to operate as an Independent Contractor.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with:
- Strong experience (3 to 5 years) with TacC2IS
- Knowledge of TacComms
- Knowledge of ISR
- Management Information Systems (MIS) Development and Support
- Business Application Development and Support
- Database Management Systems (DBMS) Development and Support
- Real-Time Systems Development and Support
The Intermediate Systems Architect must be capable of producing and managing software architectural designs and guidance, with contributions from across software engineering and support disciplines, to achieve comprehensive software system implementation within the constraints of cost, schedule, and performance while maintaining an acceptable level of risk.
