About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Supervisor to join our team at Persia Foods. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties
  • Resolve Issues and Manage Customer Requests
  • Ensure Accuracy of Financial Transactions
  • Conduct Performance Evaluations and Appraisals
  • Ensure Adherence to Government Regulations and Company Objectives
Supervision and Team Management
  • Supervise a Team of 3-4 Sales Workers
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
