Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Room Attendant Supervisor to join our team at The Ridge Hotel & Suites. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision and Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Site Inspection: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all areas of the hotel meet our high standards of safety and cleanliness.
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure that all housekeeping expenses are properly accounted for.
  • Support to Housekeeping Staff: Provide support and guidance to housekeeping staff to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordination with Other Departments: Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that all housekeeping tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
