Job Title: Roofer Helper

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Roofer Helper to join our team at Height Roofing & WaterProofing Ltd. As a Roofer Helper, you will assist our experienced roofers in various construction projects, ensuring the safe and efficient completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the supervision of experienced roofers.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Participate in the demolition of buildings, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.

Work Environment: As a Roofer Helper, you will work in various locations, including construction sites, and may be required to travel to different sites. You will work in a physically demanding environment, with repetitive tasks and handling heavy loads.

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and train is essential.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions from experienced roofers.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
