Data Entry Specialist for School Boards

At SCHOOL BOARDS' CO-OPERATIVE INC., we strive to create a more efficient and productive learning environment for Ontario school boards. As a member-owned not-for-profit co-operative, we provide expert consulting services to help schools improve their attendance, health, and safety.

We are currently seeking a qualified Bilingual Data Entry Clerk to join our Data Management Department on a 1-year contract basis. This is a full-time position requiring orientation in office, with a hybrid work arrangement that balances office and remote work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for translating French data to English and entering it into the Parklane System. Fluency in both French and English is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry into the Parklane System
  • Run basic reports to audit the data entered
  • Adhere to high standards of data privacy, confidentiality, and data quality
  • Respond to questions from internal staff on data entered into Parklane System

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years data entry or administrative experience
  • Excellent translation skills from French to English
  • Ability to follow and apply company standards for data entry
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high data quality standards
  • Excellent typing technique
