About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Coordinator to join our Program Sales team at CDW. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for managing a subset of contracts and providing program management support to ensure compliance and maximize contract revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare contract deliverable reports and stay up-to-date on contractual terms and conditions.
- Assist in preparing contract modifications for price reductions, product additions, and version changes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and provisions.
- Initiate and facilitate requests for contract changes, product substitutions, and technical refreshments.
- Monitor delivery and performance while coordinating with other departments to ensure contract requirements are met.
- Determine and record key contract components within a specialized database and communicate changes within the company.
- Support the Sales effort, including participating in customer calls.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of contract management experience.
- Contract experience or relevant CDW customer-related experience, procurement knowledge, and ability to extract and analyze contract data.
- Knowledge of purchasing contract processes and IT reseller contractual requirements.
- Project Management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Customer-facing experience.
