As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models of steel structures, producing anchoring and erection plans, and working closely with our team to deliver high-quality projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • 3D Modeling and Detailing: Create accurate and detailed 3D models of steel structures, including framing, anchoring, and erection plans, in accordance with customer requirements.
  • SDS2 Software Expertise: Develop and maintain proficiency in SDS2 software, utilizing its capabilities to streamline your workflow and enhance project delivery.
  • Document Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze and interpret construction project documents to ensure accurate and efficient execution.
  • Design Development: Create 3D drawings from 2D models, preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specifications, and other relevant data.
  • Preliminary 2D Drawings: Prepare preliminary 2D drawings to support project development and coordination.
  • Drawing Updates: Update elements in drawings, including elevations, details, and anchors, to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Shop Drawings: Finalize shop drawings, including anchors, frames, glazing, panels, sills, purlins, and other structural components.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other related tasks as required to support project delivery and team success.
