The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team at MCA, a leading Canadian Merchandising Company. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for traveling to various retail stores in Fort McMurray and surrounding areas to promote our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize relationship selling techniques to provide best-in-class customer service.
  • Identify opportunities to add value during each store visit and secure secondary display space.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory aligns with customer needs.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports, complete with photo uploads.
  • Follow a weekly visit schedule of 5+ retail stores.

Requirements

  • Previous consumer packaged goods sales experience is essential.
  • A confident and persistent personality that drives success is essential.
  • A valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle is essential.
  • A proven ability to use smartphones and tablets is essential.
  • A natural ability to build and maintain relationships with clients is an asset.
  • 1 to 3 years of sales experience with a strong knowledge of sales techniques is preferred.
