We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at BC LTD.
Job SummaryThe Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff, hiring and training new employees, establishing work schedules, and organizing inventory. This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and lead a team of 3-4 staff members
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient operations
- Organize and maintain inventory to meet customer demands
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a retail service establishment in an urban area, with public transportation available. The work environment is fast-paced, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
