About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Sales Strategy and Operations to join our team at Just Eat Takeaway. As a key member of our Strategy and Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the Sales and Partnerships team.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute strategic business plans, including revenue growth initiatives and process improvements.
  • Process Management: Design, implement, and manage operational processes to support business objectives, including reporting and analytics.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales operations professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of key initiatives.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive business growth.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in sales operations, with a strong background in process improvement and strategic planning.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvements and implement change.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, with a strong background in sales operations and process improvement.
  • Software: Proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud and SQL, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
