Chief Risk Officer Liaison

As a key member of the Ladders' risk management team, the Director of Fraud Management will serve as a subject matter expert for all credit policy and fraud-related issues. This role requires a deep understanding of fraud prevention and detection strategies, as well as the ability to build and maintain effective adjudication and transactional fraud frameworks.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement fraud prevention and detection strategies to minimize risk and maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with the Chief Risk Officer to identify and mitigate potential fraud risks.
- Design and maintain effective adjudication and transactional fraud frameworks to ensure accurate and efficient decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fraud management to ensure the Ladders remains at the forefront of risk mitigation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in fraud management and risk mitigation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A deep understanding of credit policy and fraud-related issues.
