Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at JOKO CONVENIENCE. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner
  • Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Verify the age of customers when selling lottery tickets, alcohol, or tobacco products

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
