About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Technology and Operations to join our team at Manteo Group of Companies Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our technology and operations functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement technology and operations strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
    • Lead and manage a team of technology and operations professionals to ensure the effective delivery of services.
  • Resource Allocation
    • Allocate resources, including budget and personnel, to support the implementation of technology and operations initiatives.
  • Performance Management
    • Develop and implement performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of technology and operations functions.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure that team members are meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage budgets to ensure the effective use of resources.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure that technology and operations functions are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology and operations functions.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or computer science.
  • Experience
    • At least 3 years of experience in a technology and operations leadership role.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience with budgeting and financial management.
