Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at True Standard Construction Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, including production and other relevant metrics.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of project activities, including schedules, budgets, and personnel.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
    • Develop and implement effective safety protocols to minimize risks and prevent accidents.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Coordinate with other project supervisors, managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and expectations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
