Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Quality Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties efficiently.
Coordinate Cleaning ActivitiesOversee the daily cleaning schedule, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are cleaned to a high standard.
Inspect FacilitiesRegularly inspect the hotel's facilities to identify any areas that require attention and implement improvements to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Prepare BudgetsDevelop and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and services, ensuring that we are getting the best value for our money.
Manage Financial RecordsMaintain accurate financial records, including invoices and receipts, to ensure that our financial transactions are properly recorded.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Personal SuitabilityExcellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and reliability.
Working ConditionsThis is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively.
The working language is English.
