Pearson Metal Inc. is seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating manual and automated welding equipment to fabricate metal products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to join metal parts together
  • Set up and operate brakes, shears, and other metal shaping machines to bend and straighten metal
  • Use oxy-acetylene welding, shielded metal arc welding, and other techniques to bond metal
  • Work with a team to meet production deadlines and quality standards
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in metal fabrication and welding
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights
