With a budgetary responsibility of $1,500,001 to $4,000,000 and a team size of over 20 people, the successful candidate will be tasked with allocating resources effectively, authorizing department establishment, coordinating regional efforts, and establishing financial controls.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing organizational policies and programs
  • Authorizing and organizing major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinating work across regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establishing financial and administrative controls
  • Formulating and approving promotional campaigns and overall human resources planning
  • Setting objectives for the organization and formulating or approving policies and programs
  • Representing the company in negotiations or other official functions
  • Selecting middle managers, directors, or executive staff and delegating authority

Success in this role requires excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal awareness, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background, including a Bachelor's degree, and relevant experience spanning three years to less than five years.

In exchange for their expertise, Canadian Fast Track Logistics Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $180,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
