Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Mattress Planet is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of our customers and drive business results.
  • Authorize payments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
  • Establish work schedules, manage store operations, and ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform opening and closing activities, ensuring the store is secure and ready for business.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
