Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to customers worldwide relating to the use of our products.
  • Develop strong technical background and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve product performance.
  • Document technical issues and share knowledge with the R&D team.
  • Conduct on-site training and installation for customers.
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Electronics, Electrical, or Telecommunications preferred.
  • Knowledge of Telecom, SBC, and VoIP.
  • Hands-on skills in Linux and networking.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
