Job Title: Electrical Control Equipment Fitter

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Control Equipment Fitter to join our team at B4U Electrical Ltd. As an Electrical Control Equipment Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and fitting metal and prefabricated parts to close tolerances according to blueprints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and fit metal and prefabricated parts to close tolerances according to blueprints
  • Assemble stators or armatures for heavy-duty electric motors
  • Collect, record and summarize inspection results
  • Compress steel laminations to build transformer cores
  • Assemble winding into core and make electrical connections
  • Interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics and blueprints
  • Assemble and fit electrical motor or transformer auxiliary equipment
  • Fit electrical control devices into switchboards and panelboards
  • Wire electrical connections for switchboards and panel boards
  • Assemble panelboard and switchboard cabinets and install bus bars
  • Monitor production and troubleshoot production problems
  • Check final assembly for adherence to quality control standards
  • Set up and adjust production machineries/tools
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player
