We are seeking a skilled Indigenous Financial Advisor to join our team. As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, building strong relationships, and delivering results-driven sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Take a proactive approach to discovering customer needs, listening to understand what they are asking for
- Educate customers, providing relevant insights and expert advice
- Build comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help customers achieve their goals
- Nurture strong, long-standing relationships
- Develop, retain, and grow the branch business by delivering against individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience
Requirements
- The appetite and drive to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service
- You're self-directed, performance-oriented in your approach
- Natural curiosity to uncover and solve for customers' needs to help them achieve their financial goals
- Willingness to complete industry-related courses needed for your role, which Scotiabank will support with tuition reimbursement and focused learning groups
- Mutual Funds license and working towards the CIFP Diploma
