Automotive Repair Specialist

The ideal candidate for our Automotive Service Technician position at Kings County Honda will have a strong foundation in mechanical systems and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting and repairing complex truck and trailer systems, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect mechanical units to identify faults and malfunctions
- Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components as needed
- Estimate costs and provide accurate estimates to customers
- Perform scheduled maintenance services to ensure vehicles are in top condition
- Provide expert advice to customers on vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Complete detailed reports to record work performed and problems encountered
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
Requirements:
- Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification
- Valid driver's license
- 5 years or more of experience in the field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
