Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our team. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for working on an assembly line packing Goodfood boxes that will be delivered straight to our members. You will be responsible for keeping Goodfood's promise to always deliver the highest quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and Maintain a Clean Workspace: Ensure the workspace is organized and clean, including lifting boxes and heavy charges.
  • Assemble and Pack Boxes: Assemble boxes and insert liners and ice packs, fill the boxes with the right recipe bags and recipe cards according to the member's orders.
  • Verify Box Contents: Verify that box contents are adequate and the address label is correct.
  • Sort and Stack Boxes: Sort recipe cards and stack boxes on pallets for shipping.
  • Pick and Pack Meat and Recipe: Pick and pack meat and recipe in the box according to the packing slip.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean the warehouse/fridge when necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous manufacturing or industrial work experience.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate, write and read in English.
  • Physical Demands: The ability to lift up to 35-50 pounds repetitively during your shift.
  • Work Environment: A willingness to work in a cold workplace.
