We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our growing team at Vivid Vancouver. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers at our retail pop-up events, helping them understand the value of the brands we represent, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote our brands and products during popup retail events, focusing on driving customer engagement and sales.
  • Provide excellent face-to-face customer service, answering questions and offering personalized product recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to create a welcoming and memorable shopping experience.
  • Assist in setting up and managing popup shops, ensuring that displays are visually appealing and well-stocked.
  • Work with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets during events.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus, but not necessary.
