We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of 911 Communications Operator. As a key member of our emergency response team, you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching emergency services in a timely and effective manner.

**Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate and dispatch emergency services, including police, fire, and ambulance units.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and generate required reports in various computer systems.
  • Collaborate with emergency personnel, city staff, and the public to ensure effective communication and coordination.

**Requirements**

  • Grade 12 or High School Equivalency diploma.
  • Certification in Emergency Fire Dispatch (EFD) and Emergency Police Dispatch (EPD).
  • Standard First Aid & Level C CPR certification.
  • Prior experience in emergency dispatch or telecommunications is considered an asset.
