About the Role

As a key member of our Design division at Enersolv Design & Build Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our projects. Reporting directly to the Design Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and open communication.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and control project costs, identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive project success.
  • Collaborate with the Construction Division on Design & Build projects, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on design and construction.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including AutoCAD and other relevant tools.
