About the Role

Prolifics is seeking a highly skilled Frontend Technical Lead with expertise in React to join our Digital Experience Practice Team.

The successful candidate will be a motivated team player with significant experience in application development, a strong technical background, and excellent communication skills.

They will interact directly with users and other technologists across the firm, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to learn rapidly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of React/Java Web applications from requirements to deployment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and performant web applications
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to best practices and design patterns
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Participate in performance tuning, code profiling, and unit testing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
  • At least 8 years of experience in Web UI Development
  • At least 5 years of experience in React
  • Strong knowledge of Web Development: React, JavaScript, HTML, HTML5
  • Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, Structures, and Algorithms
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks and revision control systems
  • Working knowledge of Unix/Linux and relational databases (SQL or DB2)
