Job Title: Construction Helper

Hind BM Construction INC. is seeking a reliable and skilled Construction Helper to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and physically fit individual to assist in various construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and assisting in framing houses and building roofs.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and debris.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions:

The Construction Helper will work in a fast-paced construction environment, exposed to various weather conditions and physical demands.
